Welcome to the Official Website of Ynysddu Crusaders Football Club.
After the Summer 2008 amalgamation of Ynysddu Welfare Crusaders AFC and Crusaders
(Seniors) AFC, into YNYSDDU CRUSADERS FC, a new club badge, and this website have
thus emerged.
The First team plays in the Monnington Group South Wales Amateur Football League
First Division, whilst the Second and Third teams both play in the Ryan Transport
Ltd North Gwent Football League Reserve Division.
The whole club is now 'back to it roots', playing all its home games at the Nine
Mile Point Welfare Grounds complex in Ynysddu/Cwmfelinfach.
We are constantly seeking ways to improve the levels of football, both in playing
standards and facilities, and we extend a very warm welcome to any prospective
new members, visitors, as well as our current players, officers and committee.
Our locality has a proud football history tradition of over one hundred years,
and we look forward to building on the past efforts of so many teams, and individuals,
who have given so much time and dedication to this great game of ours.
